When ordering our “Dreamless Collection” the unit will be paid in full at checkout on the site. If you are ordering a custom unit you will pay half of full quote for deposit to start working on your custom project. For both our dreamless collection & Custom orders , There is a 14 business day processing time. Could be longer In October- January holiday months. You will receive approval photos, When unit is completed the balance is due, whether you can pick up the unit or have an appointment scheduled, the balance is due when work is done and invoice is sent. If we are shipping the unit. After your unit is complete, you will receive approval photos, once you approve your unit, if there is a balance the remaining balance is due to receive tracking information. 

++ We offer payment plans - Unit will not be received until all payments are completed.

For Our Dream Less collection units, they are made as pictured, if you desired more customizing features such as more cutting or coloring, please complete a custom order form this order is Now a tradition custom order & will be constructed at stylist discretion unless specified on order form.


**When purchasing from the website (bundles , Closures ,Frontals or accessories) there is a 2-3 day processing time and after the processing time you will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.-- In addition, Bundles and closures are sold on a PREORDER BASIS- 7-14 business day receipt.


Deposits are non-refundable, or transferable unless we specify. Once your deposit is made work begins & we do not keep bundled hair in stock.-we use the Preorder method.

  • Ex. If your deposit is for a kinky curly short unit- once we receive your deposit and your order is confirmed – kinky curly hair is ordered on your behalf . – you may not be able to change your mind for straight hair at that point. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.


Refunds & Exchange Policy

  • For all units there is a NO Refund Policy. 

  • For CUSTOM unit orders there is a Nonrefundable/ NO exchange policy because it was made to order custom it can not be reused by others. Please insure that if you send in measurements via email, or select measurements on website , that you do so carefully and that they are done according to the guidelines. We will make your unit according to those measurements. We are not responsible for  Improper measurements resulting in a improper fit unit. If you have any questions or concerns about your unit , please feel free to reach out to us first with your concerns.


Repair policy

Please contact with any repair questions so that we can determine your needs. Please be ready to provide photos or videos if necessary. All customers receive a one time free repair within the 3 weeks of receiving your new unit. If you are shipping a unit in for repair, you will be responsible for all shipping cost. All repairs after 3 weeks of receiving your unit will be a minimum of $25 depending on the need it can be more.
