  • DOES TRESSES BY DREAM LESS TAKE IN PERSON APPOINTMENT?
    yes we offer weave, and unit services , we are by appointment only. Please text 510-224-5496 or email hello@tressesbydreamless.com to inquire if booking link on home page is not available
  • IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT? WHAT IS CANCELATION POLICY?
    Please Note- Deposit is NOT Required when booking but there is a 24 hour cancelation policy & $50 invoiced.
  • IS THERE A LATE FEE FOR APPOINTMENTS?
    There is a 15$ late fee after 15 minutes. If you more than 20 minutes late, you will not have to reschedule but some services booked may be modified.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE MAINTENANCE SERVICES?
    Yes we do provide shampoo and style services as well as replacing of closures and updating an old unit. ** we shampoo and style all units if we feel the hair is good quality and will deny outside hair at our discretion; however we only repair units made by Tresses by Dream Less. Please inquire by email with all questions. **Head band wigs are premade to order and are vendor made, we do not do any repairs on these wigs. if you have any questions please let us know if you have any questions.
  • WHAT IS THE "DREAMLESS COLLECTION""
    Dreamless Collection" is our signature looks to create & duplicate. These looks are MADE TO ORDER in small medium or large via the size chart helping to simplify the order process. For example - when ordering from our "Dreamless Collection" we are simply duplicating the photo. If you desire more customizing features than what is provided when purchasing, Please use our Custom order form. If you do not complete the form, your construction is at the discretion of your stylist. PLEASE NOTE- these units have a 14 business day processing time after payment.
  • WHAT ARE 'READY TO SHIP" UNITS?"
    Ready to ship units are units created with only circumference measurements, they are ready to ship at purchase , and are sold as is when pictured and posted on size. And are not customizable. - Color is often available AFTER purchase- please email after purchase to inquire of color hello@tressesbydreamless.com
  • DO YOU HAVE READY TO SHIP UNITS IN STOCK?
    We specialize and primarily focus on custom units, however we have a product tab ,called "ready to ship units" for all IN STOCK-READY TO SHIP UNITS, if you do not see the tab there may not be any available at that time. If we Host Boutique shopping experiences We call them "Ready to wear" units , the boutique units will be posted after the Boutique event under "Ready to ship". In Stock units are not customized for sizing (please check our size chart) and are sold "as-is" when posted and are none refundable or adjustable in size , but you may be able to add color or cut and style differently by scheduling and appointment, please email us hello@tressesbydreamless.com .
  • CAN I SEND IN HAIR FOR MY CUSTOM UNIT?
    Yes you are more than welcome to send in hair you would like your unit made with. How ever you are responsible for any shipping cost that would occur. See our "Bring your own bundles unit creation" product under our Dream Less collection. We only offer unit creations and complementary flat iron. we do not offer color or shampooing for hair outside of Tresses By dream Less at our descretion.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY UNIT?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking info directly via email to keep tabs on your items... We know how eager you will be to receive them! Your Shipment will be shipped to the Shipping Address on file. We are not responsible for lost packages due to errors in Shipping Address inputs. Shipments are made via USPS and tracking information will be sent to you via email when available. There is also Local pick up or drop off available. If that is you you’ll know your item delivery or pick up date on 1ON1 basis
  • WHAT KIND OF HAIR DO YOU USE?
    We provide great quality virgin hair , Indian, non processed hair that can be colored, cut and thermal styled. We recommend it be colored by a licensed specialist.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY UNIT LAST?
    Your unit can last for many years depending on the upkeep and usage of the unit. Please feel free to contact us if you should have any questions.
  • IF I HAVE NO HAIR, CAN I WEAR A UNIT?"
    Our units are custom to your head which means they conform to your head. You do not have to have hair for the full units or frontal units. Though they fit snug A light adhesive may help for more confidence and security. However U-part units require hair to be left out.
  • HOW DO I PREP MY NATURAL HAIR TO WEAR MY UNIT?
    For custom units, it is best to have a flat base for the unit to lay correctly. Braid your natural hair in a very flat foundation pattern. It is great to create a foundation that incorporates a part if your unit has a part. If your hair is straight, or pixie cut short, you can wrap it close to your scalp ,then use a wig cap to keep your natural hair in place.
  • CAN I SLEEP IN MY UNIT?
    You can sleep in your unit if you'd like. We would not recommend it for the most style preservation, as well as friction with your hair and the unit while sleeping.if you do have the option to take it off, we recommend it. Please Sleep with a satin scarf or bonnet to prolong the longevity of your unit if you decide to sleep in it.
  • CAN I EXERCISE OR SWIM IN MY UNIT?
    Units are a great protective style to give the natural hair a break. You can most certainly exercise and or swim in your unit. Please be sure to take proper care of your hair underneath after doing so.
  • CAN I COLOR MY UNIT?
    YES of course, its 100% unprocessed VIRGIN HAIR, we highly recommend getting it done professionally but the hair can be lightened or colored. just make sure you DEEP CONDITION after any chemical alterations.
  • HEAD BAND WIGS
    Head band wigs are premade to order and are vendor made, we do not do any repairs on these wigs. if you have any questions please let us know if you have any questions.
