Our CEO and Founder Le’-Aishah Turner is a License Cosmetologist , whose been working professionally for 11 years, has 18 years of experience specializing in hair enhancement services and in this most recent year , she has become a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist. Her passion And the Demand for making custom sewn hairpieces have grown drastically in the last few years, so much so that Tresses by Dream Less was born.
Here at Tresses by Dream Less, we believe that Units and hair extensions are enhancements to your own natural beauty and a great protective style for all. However, we also believe in educating our customers on the health of our natural hair so we are not bound to our units.
Tresses by Dream Less has a special passion for helping those with conditions that cause hair loss, such as Alopecia, Cancers, Lupus, etc. who are dependent on wearing wigs, So much so that we do offer discounts on our custom orders so that you can create your moment & Dream Less. I’m Keontae’ Williams—a licensed cosmetologist driven by a deep passion for helping others feel beautiful, confident, and empowered.
My journey began in childhood, with a deep-rooted love for beauty, nurtured in my early years and solidified through formal training after high school. That passion has evolved into a career dedicated to helping individuals present themselves with confidence, polish, and authenticity.
I discovered the true joy that comes from witnessing a client’s transformation, when they see their reflection and feel a renewed sense of self.
Whether I’m crafting a custom hairstyle or enhancing someone’s natural beauty through flawless makeup, the most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients light up when they look in the mirror. It’s more than just a new look—it’s an expression of their inner beauty.
I believe everyone deserves to feel their best, and self-care through hair and makeup is a powerful way to embrace that. It reflects their personality and every transformation I facilitate is rooted in care and creativity, and grounded in connection, and excellence.
A fun fact about me is that one of my favorite shows is Abbott Elementary—a heartfelt series that highlights the dedication and resourcefulness of educators working to make a difference.
I see a parallel in the beauty industry: just as those teachers uplift and empower their students, I aim to educate, support, and transform my clients through beauty.
