• Creating content with units

• * Creating units by hand or by machine a plus - can be training if interested

Administrative , Customer service, Social Media & Marketing Responsibilities

• Answer & Direct Phone calls & Emails

• Provide general support to customers

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping

• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand

• Interacting with customers  via the company’s social media accounts

• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities 

• Send out emails for weekly daily and month promotions

• Developing marketing strategies for new products

• Communicate with Graphic designer to keep marketing collateral current

• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market

• Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with management

Requirements and skills

• Training Provided

• Cosmetology License (Required for Coloring units)

• Must be willing to research & Learn

• Some Content Creation & Basic Knowledge of Social media platforms

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
