Administrative & Customer service Responsibilities
-
Answer & Direct Phone calls & Emails
-
Provide general support to customers
-
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-
Schedule and coordinate meetings with vendors
-
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
-
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
-
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
-
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Social Media & Marketing Responsibilities
-
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
-
Interacting with customers via the company’s social media accounts
-
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
-
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
-
Send out emails for weekly daily and month promotions
-
Developing marketing strategies for new products
-
Communicate with Graphic designer to keep marketing collateral current
-
Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries
-
Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
-
Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
-
Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
-
Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with management

Some Content Creation & Basic Knowledge of Social media platforms

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Co-Artist / Salon Assistant (Hybrid)
Part-time 22hr week - Wed-Sat
Styling assisting
-
Client consultation for measurements
-
Shampooing & prepping units for styling
-
Bleaching knots
-
Thermal & wet styling units
-
Coloring units
-
Creating content with units
-
Packaging & shipping
-
* Creating units by hand or by machine a plus - can be training if interested
